This is the message we most want to get. Prices change, operators rename tours, parks change their opening days, and a guide that is quietly out of date is worse than no guide. If something here is wrong — a price, a drive time, a park rule, a closing day — tell us what you saw and we will check it against the source and correct it. Every factual claim on this site is cited, so corrections are usually quick.

Happy to answer a specific question — which airport suits your itinerary, whether a drive is realistic in a day, when a particular tour actually runs. What we cannot do is book anything for you, change or cancel a booking, or look up an existing reservation. Every booking is made on the operator's or platform's own site, so if you have already booked, their confirmation email is the place to start — we have no access to it.

If you run tours, rentals or transfers in Guanacaste and think you belong on this site, write and say what you do. We list operators we can check out, and we say plainly on each page how the relationship works. We do not sell placements or publish paid reviews, so please do not offer — but a genuinely good local operator is always worth hearing from.

The figures behind our guides — the month-by-month rainfall table in particular — come from named public sources and are free to cite with a link. If a table or a dataset would help a story, ask and we will send it in a usable format.

There is no form on this page on purpose: the site collects no personal data anywhere else, and a form would mean starting to. Emailing us means we hold your message and your address until the thread is finished.
