The Nosara half-day that asks most of you physically: a hike from a point about 6 km outside town, crossing small rivers, to a 20-metre waterfall, then a rappel down its face on equipment the operator provides. Three hours, with snacks and water. If you want the jungle without the rope work, the river float and the reserve hike cover similar ground at far less effort.
